Picks owed to the Bulls

Sacramento owes the Bulls their own 1st round pick in the 2015 draft (with the following protections):
Top-10 protected for the 2015, 2016 and 2017 drafts
If the pick has not been sent to the Bulls by 2017, the Bulls then get the Kings' 2nd round pick in 2017- unless the pick falls between 56-60 overall, in which case the Kings keep the pick and owe the Bulls nothing.

Cleveland owes the Bulls their own 1st round pick in the 2015 draft, under the following conditions:
The Bulls have the right to swap their own 1st round pick in the 2015 draft for Cleveland's own 1st round pick in the 2015 draft, unless Cleveland's pick is in the top 14. If it does fall in the top-14, then Cleveland owes the Bulls nothing.
